In the 1081-bed-capacity hospital; It is responsible for the production of meals suitable for the special diet of the patient and the patient floor service for at least 5 meals a day, and 3 meals from 8 points within the scope of corporate personnel nutrition.

• Providing personnel technical and operational training.
• Providing executive technical and operational training.
• Directing and evaluating all processes such as conducting supplier audits, planning procurement processes, creating production plans, evaluating cost planning and statistics.
• Organizing housekeeping services within the scope of operational and food safety systems and performing their audits.
• Performing routine quality and operational audits of all units, evaluation and reporting.
• Creating necessary training plans, providing trainings.
